Back in NY, I ate a good amount of Indian food to judge if a restaurant is good or not. Most of the time, I will get heartburn. Mostly from the fried stuff. But this place I ate their samosa, butter chicken (spicy) and my stomach is absolutely fine! The food is very tasty. Price is good. I like it especially it is like a pop and mom shop. Family run restaurant with good old home cooking. I went to 2 other Indian restaurants in OC. I got tremendous heartburn from them and vow never to return. But this place, the owner is friendly and sincere. I also enjoy the NY photo mural on the walls that got me homesick.
